The second one just followed him

We the People went for a walk, each of us by ourselves, for two hours. No cellphone, no clock, no wallet. I worried about being deported but it did not happen. I did get terribly lost. We came back with two observations. Not ‘terribly’.

I experienced three elderly people who did not care if someone else was in their way. They appropriated the sidewalk and made me and other victims jump out to the bike lane. They were walking together, hanging out, abducted by their own conversation.

Soon after, I found myself wondering if ravens care about their flocks, and to which extent, in which ways. I saw three ravens. As I was passing by, one of them flew away, followed by the second one and the third one stood there. Until he realized that his peers were leaving.

This thing of projecting human characteristics in animals, I do it all the time; this is why I enjoy birdwatching.

After a good one-to-one meeting, Jellichje Reijnders asked me if I would be willing to explore how is it that I feel totally OK. I sure did. For hours and days, and I was wrong so many times. I should have known this before. Everyone should.

On the video, a little watching.
