It was limited to looking for titles on their Website, watching a couple of trailers, reading Francesco’s updates on the screenings he attended, and the day he got sick and cancelled his schedule for the day.
I went to a couple of cinemas, but stayed at their cafeteria’s, coming up with material and structures for my critical review.
The only screening I attended was at the academy’s cinema. I screened Robert Downey’s Putney Swope for myself.
More than anything, I stayed at home by myself. I danced around the place, colored hundreds of animation stills and held improbably good conversations. Who would have thought.
